How to connect your smart home devices

  1. Download the Myko Mobile App from the app store or Google Play.

  2. Create or login to your account.
  3. Connect your smart device to a power source.
  4. Tap the ‘+’ button and then ‘Add a new device’.

  5. Scan the product QR code and follow the instructions on screen.

Absolutely, but only if you connect them in our current smart phone app and move to Myko+ before 31st January. This ensures they move across to Myko+ with you.

Yes. Myko products connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. The app automatically shows you available 2.4GHz networks that your device can detect. Make sure your router has 2.4GHz enabled and your Myko product is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.

You’ll find Myko devices at B&Q and Screwfix. To keep them working after the app moves, connect them in the current app and move to Myko+ before 31st January.
