Device Moving Dates 📆
We’re on the move, but not all at once. Our devices have their very own moving date to Myko+, starting in early December. This is when you’ll be able to transfer specific products over to our new app.
Want to find out when it’s your time to move? Mark these dates in your calendar.
When moving your devices, please don’t delete the current Myko app, as you’ll need this as part of the moving process.

We’re launching the Myko+ app for a better future in smart-home products. To keep your devices working and connected, they’ll need to be moved to Myko+ before 31st January.
The current Myko app will retire on 31st January 2026. After this date, you will not be able to access the app, your account or your devices through this app. Please move all your devices to Myko+ before this date to carry on using them.
You can start moving your devices as soon as they are marked as 'Ready to move' in the current app. If a device shows as 'Not ready for the Myko+ app yet', please wait, we’ll notify you once its ready.
Follow the 'Forgot your password' link on the login screen on the current Myko app. You will receive an email to reset your password.
No, your existing account information will automatically transfer into the new app.
Device Setup:
Myko products require access to a 2.4GHz network. Make sure your Myko product is within range of your Wi-Fi signal. The Myko app will display only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks that your Myko product can detect. If you do not see your Wi-Fi network listed, make sure your Wi-Fi router has a 2.4GHz network enabled.
To move and update your Bluetooth devices (such as a Remote or PIR Sensor), they must be connected to the internet. These devices don’t have built-in Wi-Fi, they need to connect through a Wi-Fi-enabled device. To connect your Bluetooth device, please follow these steps:
- From your device list, tap your Bluetooth device.
- Select Wi-Fi Gateway.
- Choose a device from the list — only online devices can be used as a Wi-Fi gateway.
- Tap Set.
Your Bluetooth device is now connected to the internet via the selected device.
Moving your devices may be blocked if:
Not all your devices are marked as Ready to move, or
One or more of your Bluetooth (BLE) devices are not connected to the internet.
To fix this, make sure your BLE devices are connected through a Wi-Fi-enabled device, then try again.
If a Bluetooth device is not connected to the internet but you want to move other devices, you'll need to wait for all of them to be ready to move. Please do not remove your device.
Open your old Myko app and follow the steps shown on screen, your devices will automatically be added to your Myko Heating account.
Make sure you're using the latest version of the app.
Go to Menu → Myko app settings and check your app version. The latest version is 1.12.
If your version is older, please update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
What's Changed:
Not for now. Grouping devices will return in a future update.

From there, you can create:
Schedules (based on time), and Scenes (activated manually or by conditions).

Yes. Your energy monitoring history will be moved to keep continuity:
Past 2 years: monthly data (for yearly graphs)

Your lights will move, but saved colours and presets won’t. You can easily recreate them in the new app.
